Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email admin@vaultedvibes.co.uk with your order number and reason. Once approved, send the item back at your cost unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of inspection. Exclusions: sale items, pre-orders, and mystery boxes cannot be returned unless faulty.
