Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our Hednesford store. UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Signed For. Tracking details are issued upon dispatch. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Vaulted Vibes Ltd is not responsible for courier delays once items are in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact admin@vaultedvibes.co.uk within 48 hours and include photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
